# Return & Refund Policy ### General Policy for Most Items We offer a **30-day return policy** for most products (excluding hair items, see below). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. **Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.** To start a return, please contact us at wus271730@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ### Special Policy for Hair Products (Wigs, Extensions, Weaves) For hygiene and safety reasons, **all sales of wigs, hair extensions, hair weaves, and lace products are final**. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items unless: 1. The item is defective or damaged upon arrival. 2. We sent the wrong item, length, color, or style. 3. The package is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. To request a replacement or refund for a defective hair product, contact us within **3 business days** of delivery and provide clear photos or video of the issue. ### Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ### Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items - Custom or personalized orders - Sale items and gift cards - Hair products (wigs, extensions, weaves) unless defective or incorrect ### Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**. ### European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This right applies to most products, but hair products (wigs, extensions) are exempt from this due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect.
